1 lb ground venison
2 tsp ginger minced
2 cloves garlic
1 cup diced mushrooms
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 carrots shredded
1/2 white onion

For the plum sauce I used 2 tablespoons of plum jam
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of brown sugar & mix good.
