Which bracket?

Thanks bowhunter! Does it have a spot to put a padlock? I worry cause I have had plenty of threaded thumbscrews come loose on my rod holders. Even to the point of losing a few of the thumbscrews on long road trips. Now I blue locktite them all.

The MKA-47 says it will work with both Maxxum and Terrova. I'm just wondering if that means the Maxxum will have to stick over bow like the Terrova has to because of the bracket?? I do like the push back feature for trailering and so it'll fit under my cover. I am also wondering if from the looks of the bracket (MKA-47) that it being so low profile if I'm going to have issues with my carpet interfering with sliding the motor on and off easily. All the YouTube video installations I watched were on boats that didn't have carpet on the bow. You are also able to buy just the piece that mounts on the motor (MKA-48) for $80 so you can put it on other motors like my Maxxum. How hard is it to remove from the Terrova to put on another motor? Is it worth spending the 80 bucks on a plate for each or just swap it out? Sorry for so many questions, but trying to figure out exactly what I need. Especially, when dropping almost $2K on a motor!
