Completely agree with Pinefarm.
Personally, I would love love love January archery hunting.
It'd be the closest thing imaginable to what December bowhunting used to be before our 47 day gun season. Which was: a riot. About a week after Iwo Jima ended, the deer calmed down, producing a TON of daytime movement. It was still tough to execute a kill, however, but what fun it was to try.
And NO good reason not to.
The number of participants would be very small(just like the December archery season before it was degraded); again, no reason not to do it.
Hell, I'd happily buy separate tags for January archery. Revenue enhancement!
