Hello all

Hi , my name is Ralph Field and on this forum my user name will be staffman. I'm a retired mathematics teacher from London Ontario and have fished since I was 4 years old. I've fished for most types of freshwater species, but now I mostly fish for steelhead. I fished with spinning reels for many years , but switched to a pin for steelhead a few years back as a new challenge and have really enjoyed this style of fishing. I have fished a couple of rivers in Michigan , but mostly stick to Lake Huron tributaries in Ontario.
