Started out NE of A can... Once again I missed em by a day!
After a couple hrs we got some good intell from one of our MS members about a hot bite going on down by B can so we rolled over there.
Ended up being one of those epic spots! We put a few on the ice before I called a couple more MS peeps over and we put a clinic on! Think we ended up with a 13 man limit between the 4 groups!
Big fish went 11+, another 10, and a couple 9's.... Blue/slvr raps did the damage for me. Gold and red took several fish as well.
Ice on the lake is holding up rather well... Ran into a couple slush fields bit not too bad on the sleds...quads might be a different story though.
Didnt have any problems getting sleds out of the overflow lot in the am, but we were running on wet grass when we loaded em. Had enough snow to get to the lake and back without any real concerns.
I didnt use the"main trail" by the outhouse, but stayed further east on the way out and took the sled run on the way back in.
Should be good for another couple days... Have a hunch it will be pretty sloppy today with the temps staying above freezing last night.
