Vacation Help

I plan on taking the wife and daughter on a 7 day vacation during next Christmas time for around 7 days.

I want someplace where it is 70 degrees or warmer. The Disney thing has been done and I am not interested in a cruise.

I am looking to spend around 4 grand. I would be happy at a beach with a beer in hand watching bikinis....I mean the water... but I have to keep this kid approved and wife approved!

Any Ideas?
