Crayfish regulations?

I'm very interested in catching some mudbugs this year but had a few questions. I'm only catching for personal use and not commercial.



1. Do I need any kind of license to trap Crayfish?



2. Is there any regulations on the size of trap you use?



3. And will a licence plate number suffice for tag or dose it HAVE to be name and address.
