Got to Belanger park at 6am today and launched immediately. 3 trailers in the lot. Saturday I would have been 1 mile away in line at 5:30.
Got 2 in the first hour from the boat club to the canal before the southern mill. Then headed to the Rencen. Only a few boats up there. Saw 3 nets hit the water. Got another just past the post office. By the time we reached the bridge wind kicked up and was suppose to grow from there so we left.
Looked to be slow by the 2 mills with only a couple of nets in the water.
Main objective for the morning--make sure everything works (trailer, boat, engine). Just did a little work on the engine. And bring home a couple of fish. Perfect.
