HB's 4565 & 4564 simplifies firearm transportation

2 Bills submitted by Rep Scott Dianda of the UP (a Democrat surprisingly)
condenses the vehicle transportation law to simply unloaded.
References to barrel/magazine, being taken down, encased, in trunk or inaccessible are removed.

The first thing that comes to mind is the elimination of getting a ticket if you have your unloaded firearm leaning against a vehicle or laying across your tailgate without it's case. Plenty of those have been mentioned around here.
