Much is written here on lead core set-ups and I think I've read most of it. What I haven't come across yet is; Is there a preferred brand of lead core and a preferred #test that most of you use? I don't hook too many Salmon so I'd sure hate to break one off. I have some 17lb that I used for walleyes, not sure if that tuff enough for kings, and I don't remember the brand.
