Sherwood Armory

Finally getting my tax return back in a couple of weeks after getting hacked and somebody else getting my tax money. tried seraching the forum first. Anyhow, building my first AR and I have come across Sherwood armory in out of Okemos for a complete build kit minus the lower receiver. does anybody have anything to say about them whether good or bad? or should buy thorugh Palametto state Armory? here is what im looking at getting

also looking for iron sights for it ( not a big fan of optics at the moment) any suggestion like to keep the irons around 100 bucks.
