Barnes Bullets Again

I know this has been beaten to death, but I want to be certain I'm on the right track. For bear this fall I want to use Barnes Expanders 300gr. In my Encore .50 with 209. Or should I use the M-ez 290gr? I'll be shooting at 50 yrd. or less. Thanks 1 last time.:)
