Help with weed ID, short but spreading fast

I have a short weed growing in my corn & soybeans and while I can go out and kill it now it is helping to hold the soil and I can kill it when I go and overseed with my Brassica. You guys make it to easy to id weeds and while I did a short search on Google I am hoping you guys will help as always:).
