Sounds like the final creel limits for MH4 will be 8 fish with a 13" size limit. The NRC will most likely approve this at their next meeting with the new regs starting Jan. 1st. This includes the Saginaw River up to AuGres and then up the Thumb to right around Lighthouse Park east of Grindstone.....
