A Rare Land Purchase Opportunity

I've been watching this piece of property for a few years, just out of curiosity. I'm not going to buy it and have no financial interest in it, but when I saw that it has a realtor's sign up now, I thought I would post it here for any savvy hunters who can rub two nickels together. It looks awful, but if you know anything about whitetail habitat, you'll see its potential. I don't know the size or if it's one big parcel or several smaller parcels. I have reason to think that it might be at least two parcels, one of them 40 acres. One of my pics shows the phone number.

It's in Alcona County and it was clear cut 2-3 years ago. It's north of M-72 on Hubbard Lake Road (paved) at Miller Road (gravel) on the SE corner. It was totally wooded and now there isn't any timber value to it and it has way too many stumps to be good farmland. It is the kind of land that would be perfect to start making your own whitetail paradise on. It looks like about 80 acres. It's gently rolling and is just about totally covered in sprouts, some of them are up to six feet tall now.

I drive through the local area occasionally and I can tell you that it will have billions of red maple, popple, red oak, cherry, white spruce, balsam fir, white pine, and other small trees on it, heavily tilted toward the hardwoods. The soil looks sandy and bracken ferns grow on it. It looks like it has at least one gas well and a box blind on it. Here are the pics.

If this looks like your kind of investment, good luck.
