My father in law has never bought a license in his life my question is ......



Can he buy a license to go deer hunting with me this weekend?



he is 80 and was born in 1934 the law states that anyone born after 1960 must take a safety course I'm not concerned with that but it also says that he has to have and license etc in order to buy a new license he has never had a license at all I want him legal 150%
