PETA continues killing animals

For when the anti's are whining, this is something you save and post.

Two women who rolled up to a residential property in Virginia in a PETA-branded van took a family’s Chihuahua off their front porch, only to return three days later to tell them that the dog had been euthanized. The theft was caught on a home security camera.

The two PETA employees were arrested and charged with larceny, but the prosecutor’s office didn’t pursue charges, despite the video tape. The action, while undeniable, didn’t prove criminal intent in opinion of the prosecutor. A local news agency contacted both PETA and the prosecutor, but neither organization would comment on the alleged act.

This isn’t the first time PETA employees have been accused of obtaining pets under false pretenses and then killing them. In 2007, employees in North Carolina were arrested and brought to trial for “rescuing” very adoptable puppies and kittens from shelters and veterinarian offices and then killing them in the back of a PETA van and dumping the carcasses in dumpsters.

According to official paperwork filed by PETA, the organization has killed more than 31,000 pets since 1998 – that’s more than 87 percent of all the puppies and kittens they’ve “rescued.”
