Prong covers?

I have an older Switchback with a Mathews drop away rest. It came with a clear tubing on the prongs. It has lasted years (5 or more?). Go figure yesterday I noticed a slight squeak coming from my rest when drawing. Just practicing luckily. I've looked on-line and haven't been able to find that type of replacement piece. Anyone know where to get it?
