SD CARD issue

I used to be able to use my digital camera to check my SD cards from my trail cams. As of late when I go to check them using my camera it says image not available.....but when I down load the SD to my computer I can see all the images. I have tried three different camera's all with the same result. I even reformatted the SD cards from the computer still nothing changed....any ideas?
