Shotshell ID

I found bags of these while looking for something else. I had forgotten all about them, they were given to me years ago. Obviously they are a #6 but it says nothing about payload or powder charge. Does anyone have an idea? Quality of the shell itself points to a late 70's shell at the most. Being plastic it's obviously not earlier than the early 60's. (Yes I remember shooting paper shot shells) :yikes: I have no reloading scale anymore or I would just take one apart..... Thanks
