Last weekend me and two buddies went out for woodcock. we got to our spot which I have come to realize is not a big secret . We just started into our cover which was a narrow strip about 400 yards long paralleling a 2 track about 5 min into it, 4 guys parked off the 2 track were we cut in and proceeded to hunt the other Side from us with their dog cutting in our strip putting up birds ahead of my dog . I was not very happy with this. my dog was running a beeper so I know that they knew we were in the cover not to mention we could see them . They ran the other side from us for about 300 yards then moved away from us . My question is do you think this was acceptable or do you think they should have moved on ? And would you have confronted them ?
