I have about a half acre section of my property that has a lot of black locust. I want to clear it all out. I know it's going to take a lot of spraying once the cutting is done. I just wondered If anybody has had to eradicate a lot of the same tree. If you have how did you attempt it? With the suckers I know that will pop up, could I start cutting down trees now and spray in the spring. Should I wait? What did you spray with? I'm just hoping for some advice on how to tackle this project. I want to open up the canopy to get some sort of cover growing.
