Copper Harbor

My family is taking a trip up to Copper Harbor the first week of August. We've done the trip a handful of times now, but have only taken a canoe. This year, we'll be taking the fishing boat. In the past, I've fished Fanny Hooe for walleye, pike, smallmouth, and accidentally caught splake in the late 90s. We've also fished Managanese for trout and the Harbor but only from shore. I'd like to make it a fun multi species trip. Never been up there in the summer, so I'm not sure what the fishing is like. We stay on Fanny Hooe, and we'll likely be fishing Fanny Hooe, Manganese, and the harbor. I'm assuming the splake probably aren't in the harbor in abundance this time of year? Also, anybody have experience fishing Fanny Hooe this time of year? Any other help would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to fish the big lake, but I don't have the boat to do that and won't be going on any charters.
