Ask anyone who has met me and they will inform you that stoicism and speechlessness are NOT associated with me. But the notes, thoughts, prayers, and help that we have received have left me wondering how to show my appreciation adequately. I knew I'd been blessed with good friends and clients, a business that can support my wife and myself, and health that has never failed me(until last year!). But when I really needed it, the overwhelming support was literally more than I could handle. No choice, I had to get better, you folks wouldn't have it any other way!
Cleveland Clinic and Cadillac Mercy Hospital have given permission to drive again and lift 20# so I'm doing light training this week. I was instantly reminded today that muscles need time to redevelop. Too bad they weren't included in the heart repair.
Stopped at Tails-a-waggin yesterday for my first drive since July 5th and was surrounded by the reason I enjoy this sport. Dog people are in a class of their own.
Officially, thank you so much one and all. Believe it or not, I'm still speechless. mike
