Left the slip before sun up and right off bat on first drop my buddy lands a 9.6# we released. For the next cpl/few hours it was pretty steady action , they were snapping hard didn't do 1 drift without landing a fish. Missed a few after a couple cranks, half the fish were on stingers. Hit it on the drop and right on the rise off the bottom. One of the eyes had a lamphrey on him , my buddy threw it on his jig and wasn't down a few jigs and popped one on it. Wt 38/39 on the graph , 3/4oz dark color jig brown ww ... 34fow Small active pods short drifts worked best. All fish were eater males except the one female, cpl males milking. There some good pods out there if you look for them , I just haven't been able to find many big girls. As far as location was south of ambassador and north of Tc
