The one I just put up I decided to use buried posts set on cookies/biscuits, I had someone that had a bobcat with a post hole digger and I have been hunting the same spot successfully for years, just needed a new blind in the same spot so opt'ed for the permanent, withstand tornado option.
Now if you don't have access to equipment and/or can't get equipment to your site, there are videos on youtube (search for "raising a deer blind") that show how to do it with a quad or truck after you install the legs on the ground with the Blind Elevator/Brackets. I would also recommend using cookies/biscuits to set it on to prevent the legs from sinking into the dirt. Lastly, very important that you use these after you set it up to secure the 4 sides to stabilize:
So if you want a permanent blind that will be solid as a rock and you have access to the equipment to install it, I opt'ed for buried posts. If you plan on moving the blind or it is in a location that raising on site is the best option, then the Blind Elevator/Brackets are a great alternative.
So to your original question, no advantage over one or the other, more a matter of your situation and long term plans.
