Hillsdale's Finest

Yeah it's a strange breed in that area...almost as if there's no fear whatsoever of the law or its consequences...and absolutely no concept of private property. And when you catch them they all claim to have permission from the king farmer in the area who either believes what's yours is his, doesn't bother explaining to his supposed guests the concept of property lines, or what I believe to be a combination of both.

As an added bonus to the tree damage, I received a free bedroom set dumped right next to the gate for the private road. I guess if you can no longer drive down a road to dispose of your junk, the next best thing is to just leave it at the gate.

Took a ride with my son down the private road on my quad because I thought I heard some motocross bikes down the road...ran into three riders on go-fast quads in full motocross gear as they drove right around the gate. When they saw me they locked 'em up, did an abrupt u-turn, and sped off back around the gate and down the road at about 60 mph.

On a habitat related note, can anyone give me advice on an arborist in Hillsdale County who can examine some of the trees on my property? I need an opinion as to whether some of the rougher looking ones can survive if given a little attention, or if they need to be uprooted and replaced.
