I put 2 good friends in the ground in 2016. Cancer struck first and then heart disease took a childhood friend.

The new year brought some hope, but I knew better with the wicked bitch of cancer squeezing 2 family members and general old age stalking others.

In the last 5 days I've attended 2 funerals and another to come this weekend. Hopefully the rest of this year is more uplifting than the start.
