Curtis, MI camping

Planning a trip to Curtis area this summer. i have a Palamino pop-up trailer, 6 HP motor, trolling motor, depth finder, but no boat. Looking to camp on a lake and rent a row boat. The State Forest camp is not an option for the ladies. We need access to a shower, flush toilet and electricity. Has anyone stayed at Shermans on the South Man. Also, tips for mid-summer walleye? Is summer forage crayfish, leeches, or chubs?
