What kind of a cousin-pumping inbred half-wit walks 40 yards off the road onto somebody's property, and cuts down a spruce tree (planted as part of a CRP plan) just for sh*ts and giggles?I guess the only positive is I wasn't there when it happened...and therefore not in jail.
