I can’t believe this!Because I shot my first deer in early November last year I quartered it up, wrapped it good in plastic wrap and went back up hunting. I got the best meat vacuum sealed and put up in Jan. and left the hamburger meat and neck until now. I didn’t do it purposely, I usually have it all done in Jan. but I got sick so please keep your nasty comments to yourself.
I love the neck meat for stew so I boil it off the bones. I don’t brown it, I think browning ruins it.
