Now we have had a Warm Up and it is Back to Snowing how will this Effect Fruit Tree's?

Now that we have had several days in the 50 to 60 Degree Temps and trees are budding out, how will this effect Fruit Production? Seems each time we have a late snow or Frost Fruit Trees have half to little fruit on the trees???
