What kind of pine tree is this?

I see these pines growing wild a lot in ditches near water. Not always in standing water but in wetter areas. I do see it in sandy areas too though. Any ideas on what kind this is? Its usually a darker green but this tree is kinda multi colored for some reason. They seem to get pretty big like a normal pine but keep there lower branches from what I can tell. The deer dont seem to eat them either.
