Just purchased 10 acres adjoining my hunting property, almost half of it is old Christmas tree field. only thing growing is ferns and weeds,it's pretty sandy soil. I have planted some of it in the past with great results using fertilizers until the deer find it and wipe it out.Best plot for building soil?
