Hole saw and plastic to go around the hole?

I am trying to route an onboard charger to the battery box and I need to cut a hole in the aluminum going through the center console into the battery compartment.. I'd also like to get one of those plastic things that are inserts to keep the edge from rubbing a hole in the cable.

Is there a source for this or what? Obviously, I am not much at rigging.
