I have a colleague over at MDEQ who is working on this problem. The decision to release was not taken lightly, but there were no alternatives. Pray we don't have another warmup and thaw/rain like a couple weeks ago or it could be worse. Until the bypass is installed and running, there's a likelihood this will happen again. It's a result of an aging and overloaded system.
