The .22 Caliber Self-Chumming Perch Lure

I came up with this over the summer trying for perch and panfish. As we all know, when you start shooting a .22, you create a lot of spent brass which is basically good for nothing. Embracing this as a challenge to up-cycle and re-use, I invented the .22 Caliber Self-Chumming Perch Lure. Looking at it now, its probably better suited for ice fishing but you be the judge.
